New Jersey (Dispensary-Based; local travel) About Hashery Hashery is a New Jersey-based cannabis dispensary brand built around quality products, strong community connections, and a consistent in-store experience. We operate one dispensary location today and are growing, building a compliant, scalable operation that puts our customers and partners first. The Opportunity Hashery is looking for a reliable, professional Delivery Driver to handle wholesale and retail deliveries, inventory transfers, and compliance documentation. This is a compliance-critical, customer-facing role. You will be the face of Hashery at every stop, and you will be trusted to handle cash, manage manifests, and represent our brand with professionalism at each delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a regulated environment. Immediate Impact Represent Hashery professionally at every delivery Ensure all manifests and compliance documentation are collected and transferred correctly at every stop Communicate any delivery issues, discrepancies, or partner feedback to the team promptly What We're Looking For Required Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience in delivery or a compliance-sensitive role Strong attention to detail Trustworthy, communicative, and mission-focused with the ability to work independently Ability to maintain a professional, customer-facing demeanor on every route Preferred Experience in the cannabis industry or another regulated delivery environment Familiarity with New Jersey state cannabis track-and-trace requirements Bilingual a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of driving Frequent in-person interactions, requiring standing and walking Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work across a variety of environments, including retails floors and warehouses Perks & Benefits Competitive pay; this role is tip-eligible and average tips are around $500 per pay period Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision Employee product discounts Direct collaboration with a tight-knit, mission-driven team Equal Opportunity Employer Hashery is an equal opportunity employer.
