Our focus is on providing top-quality, locally grown ingredients year-round. We hand-pick and pack our produce at our indoor hydroponic vertical farm in Hackensack, NJ, and deliver them straight to our clients. Schedule (18 hours)

Thursday:
9:00am•3:00pm
Friday:
9:00am•3:00pm Additional days/hours may be offered or requested at the manager's discretion Job Description Perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to you by the Greens Do Good Farm Manager . Such duties and responsibilities may change from time to time, but include the following: Work with and report directly to the Greens Do Good Farm Manager . Assist in harvesting and packaging of products until deliveries are ready. Deliver produce to all Greens Do Good clients. Ensure a professional image and positive demeanor when engaging with customers at delivery sites. Assist in sowing seeds, transplanting and care of all plants. Assist in harvesting, packaging and fulfillment of products ordered by customers. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of farm equipment and facilities. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Sanitization & Safety procedures established by the Farm Manager . Promote a healthy, hygienic and safe environment and help develop a culture of cleanliness and safety. Job Requirements Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Must be 21 or older. Ability to follow GPS directions independently. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
