Monday through Friday Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Local Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to oversee and streamline our daily outgoing local shipments. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our internal operations and our third-party delivery partners. While we do not handle the physical last-mile deliveries ourselves, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are packed, accurately labeled, and ready on time for our two local delivery services. Additionally, this position includes driving a company-provided vehicle twice daily between our two local facilities to transfer items and maintain steady workflow.Key Responsibilities Order Readiness & Scheduling:
Ensure all outgoing local delivery orders are prepared, packed, and staged on schedule.Delivery Partner Coordination:
Communicate accurately with our two third-party local delivery companies. Enter order details into their online web portals or internal dispatch systems cleanly and without errors.Labeling & Quality Assurance:
Ensure every box and shipment is properly marked with the correct customer name, delivery address, and handling instructions to prevent delivery delays or misroutes.Inter-Facility Shuttle:
Safely operate a company-provided vehicle twice daily to transfer materials, supplies, and orders between our two local locations.Problem Solving:
Proactively resolve any scheduling conflicts, address discrepancies, or delays with delivery providers. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for operating company vehicle). Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Basic computer literacy (ability to navigate third-party web portals and inventory/dispatch systems). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills to liaise with external delivery drivers and internal team members. Ability to lift packages and load/unload company vehicle as needed.
