This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service while ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to deliver products across designated routes. Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques, ensuring items are secured properly for transit. Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations to meet delivery schedules. Verify delivery accuracy by inspecting shipments, completing documentation, and obtaining signatures when required. Maintain vehicle cleanliness Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery status, or any issues encountered during deliveries. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience involving load & unload tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory. Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as moving pallets,wood,rubber Familiarity with forklift operation and pallet jack use is desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Driving safety protocols are essential for success in this role.
