Associate Key Responsibilities:

Deliver thoughtful, attentive customer service Prepare and present beverages and pastries to brand standards Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated environment Support smooth day-to-day service and team flow

Ideal Candidate:

Naturally polished, professional, and reliable Strong attention to detail and sense of presentation Ability to maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment Comfortable in a team-oriented setting Weekend availability preferred Previous café or hospitality experience strongly preferred

Delivery Driver Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver baked goods and supplies to designated locations Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining product quality and presentation Load and unload items with care Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and items Communicate effectively with store teams regarding deliveries

Ideal Candidate:

Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable with early morning or scheduled delivery routes Able to handle physical tasks (lifting, carrying, organizing items) Previous delivery experience preferred
