Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver products across designated routes Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns during deliveries Verify shipment accuracy, complete delivery documentation, and obtain signatures upon successful drop-offs Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety standards are met Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Ability to operate box trucks with manual transmission confidently and safely Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform moving tasks efficiently Familiarity with load & unload procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries while maintaining accuracy and timeliness Embark on a role that keeps you moving while making a tangible impact!
