We operate 7 days a week , offering stable schedules, consistent hours, and ample opportunities for overtime shifts. This position features standard 9+ hour shifts starting at 10:45 AM , which includes some evening/night driving. Key Responsibilities & Requirements To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable smartphone (used for Paycom timekeeping and eDriving safety monitoring). Ability to move and lift packages up to 50 lbs (hand trucks are provided) and comfortably work outdoors across various weather conditions. Commitment to a consistent schedule, including night driving and at least one weekend shift. Attendance and punctuality are critical to our team's operational success. A strong, safe driving record is required to meet our fleet safety standards (no more than 2 accidents/tickets in the past 8 years).
