Delivery Driver — Supermarket Route (NY/NJ Metro) | $3,000-$4,000/month + Career Growth Lehrhoff Sales LLC, an established non-foods distributor that has served ShopRite and supermarkets across the NY/NJ metro area for over 40 years, is hiring a Delivery Driver to service and pack out our product sections in stores. Our warehouse is located in Wharton, NJ. This is a real career opportunity, not just a delivery job. You start on a guaranteed monthly salary with a clear, fast path to a commission-based role — we believe a motivated driver can grow substantially within the first couple of years. What you'll do: Run a delivery route to supermarkets across the New York / New Jersey metro area, out of our Wharton, NJ warehouse Pack out and organize our sections in each store — keep them full, clean, and shelf-ready Build strong relationships with store managers and staff (this is a client-facing role) Represent the company professionally at every stop What we offer: $3,000-$4,000/month to start, depending on experience — steady, guaranteed pay A path to a percentage-based role on delivery volume — which we believe would be a substantial increase over the starting salary as you grow the route Company-provided vehicle, gas, and tolls — no wear and tear on your own car, no out-of-pocket driving costs A stable, long-established company — 40+ years in business, with room to grow What we're looking for: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Fluent English — you'll be speaking with store staff and managers daily DSD (direct store delivery) experience in supermarkets preferred — if you've run a supermarket route before, we want to hear from you Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical work (lifting, packing, being on your feet) A strong work ethic and a professional, friendly attitude Prior delivery, merchandising, or route experience a plus (but not required — we'll train the right person) Why this role is different: Most driving jobs are a dead end.
