When you're not on delivery, you'll work in-store and be compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service role—following customer requests with a smile helps make every day a success.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily store operations, including food prep, guest service, and cleanliness
• Lead and support team members with a positive, hands-on approach
• Keep the shop running efficiently by following systems and procedures with 100% integrity
• Coach and motivate your crew to deliver excellent service and top-notch sandwiches
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff

Training & Compensation:

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule

• Able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Open to feedback and willing to collaborate with the team
