Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver packages along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload packages efficiently using appropriate tools such as dollies or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required, maintaining accurate documentation of each delivery Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a positive attitude Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly Assist with warehouse activities when needed within out team, including sorting packages and loading Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is highly desirable but

Must be 21 years old to . be a driver Must be 18 years old to be a helper (only 2 positions available) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR); speeding over 15mph will disqualify applicant. We will need your driver license to run it in our system and make sure we do not lose any time in the process of hiring. Clean background. Must able to pass a DOT physical exam and pre employment drug test Ability to lift, lower, and carry heavy packages typically weighing 25lbs and up to 150lbs repeatedly throughout the day; physical strength and stamina are essential You will bend, stoop, crouch, climb, stand, sit, walk, turn/pivot throughout your route You will lift, lower, push, pull, leverage and manipulate equipment and/or packages up to 150 lbs, lift heights above the shoulder and lower packages to foot level. Exposure to dust, dirt, outside inclement weather Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and basic vehicle maintenance practices will be taught Routes might be different areas if you are not places in a set route Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Training will be provided Workdays can vary depending on the company needs but may vary between 5-6 days Must be available weekends (Sunday starting holidays at end of year) Hours vary depending on dispatch time but usually after 8:30am and end before 7pm This job requires a positive attitude and it is physically and mentally demanding
