PAY AND BENEFITS
$21.75+ per hour Weekly Pay Paid time off Healthcare benefits (for full-time) $5,250/yr education benefits (for full-time) 401(k) with matching available Full-time, part-time, and seasonal available Flexible schedules available Overtime available (during peak seasons) As a Delivery Associate (DA), you will be responsible for assisting our team in delivering packages starting around 11:00am for 9-10 hours while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Every DA operates a cargo van supplied and maintained by our company. We operate as a team, and you will have a full crew and leadership ready to come alongside you and help every day. This job is a great fit for someone who wants to stay active and work with a high-performing team. Reliability, a great work ethic, a strong teamwork orientation, and the ability to ask for help when needed are non-negotiable! Qualifications No education/CDL required Must be at least 21 Driver's license and clean driving record required Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (though most packages are much lighter), get in and out of vehicle throughout shift, and climb stairs Must be able to pass eligibility requirements Must be able to use GPS and mobile tech Must be reliable and able to communicate needs and feedback Experience in delivery/driving work welcomed but not required Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
