This role combines the joy of delivering stunning floral designs with the excitement of navigating busy routes and ensuring each delivery is handled with care. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing deliveries, all in a fast-paced, lively environment. If you love driving, have a knack for customer interaction, and enjoy working with flowers, this position is your perfect match! Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or courier vehicle to deliver floral arrangements across designated routes Load and unload flowers and floral products, ensuring they are transported securely and without damage Follow planned delivery routes efficiently while adapting to traffic or route changes as needed Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction Handle heavy lifting when moving floral boxes or arrangements. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route and delivery Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before and after shifts Experience Previous delivery driver experience, especially with courier or box truck operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, moving heavy items, or operating forklifts and pallet jacks Knowledge of driving manual transmission vehicles preferred but not required Familiarity with route driving in urban or suburban areas to optimize delivery efficiency Ability to lift heavy boxes safely and handle physical tasks associated with moving floral products Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus Join us in delivering joy through beautiful blooms!
