Job Summary Nexmove Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We are actively looking to hire reliable and enthusiastic team members that will efficiently and safely deliver packages on time and at the right place. We're striving to build a team of motivated and customer-focused delivery drivers. Delivery drivers (non-CDL) will operate a company-provided vehicle and be responsible for handling packages, navigating routes, and maintaining excellent customer interactions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Job Details:

Full-time and part-time opportunities Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week Approximate hours are 11am to 9:30pm Working one weekend day per week is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and general public Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area using a handheld device. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Be customer-obsessed! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

Basic Requirements:

Prior delivery driver or warehouse experience is a big plus, but paid training will be provided to successful applicants with no previous experience. Eligible to work in the U.S. At least 21 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment. No probationary or provisional license. Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (Does NOT test for marijuana) Must be punctual, reliable, and passionate about customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

$22.50 per hour. Pay is based on actual hours worked. Paid Training. Paid Time Off. Health Insurance and Benefits. Up to $5250 in tuition reimbursement per year.
