FedEx Home Delivery driver opportunity in Eastern Suffolk County Long Island. Must be over 21. Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Full Time Requires:

5 days, Saturday and Sunday availability is required. 7 days a week operation at a starting pay of $900 per week. (180 per day for 5 days.) Applications are being accepted immediately, and the positions will be filled quickly. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver with a clean driving record Driving experience in a 16-foot box truck or larger. Ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload cargo efficiently Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols An ability to pass a road test in a FedEx vehicle to what will be used in the job. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to take directions from Dispatchers and Management Make local deliveries with a company step-van. Pre trips and Post trips inspections are required. Load and unload trucks. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. Provide timely and accurate service. Communicate from the field with management. Summary As a Delivery Driver, you will be essential in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service. Reporting to management, you will utilize your core skills in driving and heavy lifting to transport items safely. Your premium skills in commercial driving and warehouse experience will enhance your ability to navigate various delivery scenarios.
