Job Overview:

The Delivery Driver ensures the efficient transportation and timely delivery of all Jaunty products to licensed recreational stores throughout the state of New York. This position is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of store orders, ensuring accurate documentation of transfer manifests, certificates of analysis and any other related documents, as well as meticulously tracking travel expenses. Additionally, the Delivery Driver contributes to in-store merchandising and serves as an informal brand ambassador for Jaunty.

Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities :

Timely Product Delivery:

Ensure the punctual and secure transportation of all Jaunty products to designated stores. Maintain a high level of accuracy in delivery times and adherence to schedules.

Expense Tracking:

Diligently track all travel-related expenses incurred during delivery trips for later reimbursement.

Manifest Documentation:

Ensure all transfer manifests are accurately filled out and meticulously maintained. Account for all signed manifests, guaranteeing their proper handling and filing.

In-Store Merchandising:

Contribute to in-store merchandising efforts, maintaining product displays that resonate with Naturae's brand image.

Brand Representation:

Serve as an informal representative of the Jaunty brand during store visits, embodying the company's values and principles.

Collaboration and Communication:

Report to the Warehouse Manager regularly. Work closely with other team members to streamline distribution processes and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain open lines of communication with stores, inventory specialists, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver's License required Must be at least 21+ years old

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver is required. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is required.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or distribution software and systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move products as needed. Ability to drive a company-owned delivery van from our facility in Buffalo to dispensaries across Western New York State on a daily basis.
