Full-Time Floral Delivery & Shop Associate About Us We are a luxury floral boutique serving Westchester County and lower Fairfield County with modern, elegant floral designs and premium customer service. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking team member to join our growing shop. This role combines floral delivery driving with in-store shop support. The ideal candidate enjoys being active, interacting with customers, and helping maintain a beautiful, fast-paced floral environment. Position Overview The Floral Delivery & Shop Associate will primarily operate the company delivery van, ensuring floral arrangements are delivered safely and professionally. During slower delivery periods, this person will assist inside the flower shop with daily operations, customer service, organization, and floral preparation support.

Approximately:

70% driving and deliveries 30% shop assistance Responsibilities Delivery & Driving Drive company van safely and professionally Deliver floral arrangements throughout Westchester County and Fairfield County Load and unload arrangements carefully to avoid damage Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized Drive to wholesalers to pickup inventories Assist with basic vehicle upkeep and reporting any maintenance issues Shop Assistance Assist with inventory organization and receiving deliveries Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Process, clean, hydrate, and move flowers and inventory Assist designers with basic prep work Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Support holiday and event operations during busy periods Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable driving a cargo van Reliable, punctual, and organized Strong communication and customer service skills Able to lift buckets, boxes, and floral inventory (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working in a cooler environment when needed Weekend availability during holidays is preferred Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Employee floral discounts Stable year-round position with increased hours during holidays and events Schedule Typical schedule includes weekdays and rotating weekends, with additional hours during major floral holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and holiday seasons.
