Job duties include:

Provide outstanding client service: develop relationships with clear communication, and consistency. Grow client base in neighborhoods and business places. Ensure client satisfaction. Pick-Up and deliver garments accurately, in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure accurate record of pickups and deliveries; as well as, sales and retention activity. Maintain accurate records of client information, ie: print and review client manifest. Field and address client issues, following through until completion and client satisfaction. Escalate difficult problems to management for guidance on resolution as needed. Develop routes and generate new sign ups. Maintain quality hygiene and a professional appearance at all times. Maintain control of company vehicles in safe, courteous, and professional manner. Maintain an orderly and stocked workplace: vans, rails, desk, binder etc. Carry loads as heavy as 50 lbs. Weekend availability when necessary.
