This energetic role combines hands-on parts administration with safe, efficient vehicle operation to ensure our customers and internal teams receive top-tier service. You'll play a vital part in maintaining seamless supply chain operations, sourcing automotive parts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Duties Manage inventory control by accurately receiving, stocking, and organizing automotive parts and accessories using inventory management systems. Source parts efficiently through procurement management, part sourcing, and negotiation to meet customer needs and optimize supply chain flow. Assist with parts administration tasks such as data entry, order processing, pricing updates, and maintaining detailed records within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Conduct vehicle diagnostics and support automotive service operations to ensure proper part installation and vehicle repair processes. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to handle shipping & receiving activities, warehouse management, and logistics inventory management. Collaborate with suppliers to manage supplier relationships, track deliveries, and resolve sourcing or procurement issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by advising on automotive parts, answering inquiries, and supporting internal communication channels for smooth operations. Skills Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories management along with mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems. Experience in supply chain management, procurement management, demand planning, and logistics inventory management. Proficiency with inventory management systems, order management systems, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, parts sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and internal communication protocols. Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for accurate parts administration. Knowledge of auto body repair processes, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts sourcing, HVAC systems related to automotive environments, and auto diagnostics enhances effectiveness in this role.
