About the Role Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our Brecksville Distribution Team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers throughout Ohio while ensuring exceptional service and on-time delivery performance. As a key member of our distribution team, you'll help maintain product quality, strengthen customer relationships, and support the operational success of our growing business. What You'll Do Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck to complete scheduled delivery routes. Deliver fresh flowers and floral products accurately and on time while providing outstanding customer service. Load and unload products using safe handling practices to maintain product quality. Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions. Utilize GPS, maps, and delivery technology to maximize route efficiency and accuracy. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient daily execution. Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires the ability to: Lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb in and out of a truck throughout the workday. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and box cutters. Drive and sit for extended periods. Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is listed above.
