Dean Supply is hiring a full time Order Puller/Backup Driver No RF scanners are used in our warehouse; the ideal candidate has experience with paper pick inventory distribution and some box truck driving experience. Computer skills a plus. After efficient training in the warehouse and as a backup driver, candidate will become a full-time Delivery Driver. •Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and clean background check•

FULL TIME POSITION. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS. MON-FRI

8am until 5pm Your tasks may include: picking orders for our store, ecommerce shipping, or truck deliveries; this may include shrink wrapping and palletizing loading truck s for the next day's route deliveries -- this may include heavy appliances warehouse stocking and helping with receiving as needed inventory moves and cycle counts general warehouse work including cleaning To be considered for driving requires a friendly customer service personality, good knowledge of the Cleveland area, a valid drivers license with clean BMV, basic math skills and legible handwriting. Must be physically able for the entire shift (minus breaks) to stand, walk, drive and unload product deliveries. Requires full use of hands, fingers, arms and back to handle product and frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Must be able to clearly speak, hear, write and read/understand documents in English. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is a must.

Pay scale:

HIRING WAGE

is $15 At 3 months, guaranteed $1/hour increase, benefits, pto and paid holidays At 6 months, another guaranteed $1 increase At 12 months, full union wage of $20 This is a Teamsters Union job. If you are not a member, their application fee is $300 paid by four $75/week payroll deductions.
