Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and automobiles, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices. Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills and route driving knowledge to maximize productivity. Load, unload, and secure merchandise or packages with heavy lifting techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety. Engage with customers professionally, building strong relationships through clear communication and excellent customer service.
