62/ hour for overtime hours) Salary details : $21.75/hr minimum wage for all employees and up to $32.62/hr for overtime hours. All step van delivery drivers (DOT vehicle) will have a starting wage of $22.5/hr and $32.50/hr for overtime hours. Full-time and Part-time schedules are available. General Responsibilities:

Delivery drivers will be required to load and unload packages (under 50 lbs) into a van and to the front door. Delivery drivers are expected to safely drive a van and deliver packages according to customer's directions. Navigate a variety of routes throughout the northeast Ohio area while staying on schedule . Delivery drivers will use company provided smartphone technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles Delivery Drivers must adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road Delivery Drivers will be expected to interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers, the general public, and other team members Delivery Drivers are encouraged to assist in training other team members and/or assisting with daily operations
