Parts Manager Position Summary Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Driver to support the Parts Department by delivering and picking up automotive parts, supplies, and equipment for customers, vendors, and dealership locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and commitment to providing outstanding service while representing the dealership professionally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver automotive parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers in a timely and accurate manner. Pick up parts, supplies, and other dealership-related items from vendors and suppliers. Verify delivery orders and invoices to ensure accuracy before departure and upon delivery. Obtain signatures and maintain proper delivery documentation. Load and unload parts safely while preventing damage during transport. Maintain regular communication with the Parts Department regarding delivery status and customer needs. Assist with stocking, organizing, and inventory management within the parts department when not making deliveries. Keep delivery vehicles clean, fueled, and properly maintained; report any maintenance concerns promptly. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and dealership policies. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Assist with other departmental tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check. Previous delivery, warehouse, automotive, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and vehicles is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
