Job Summary Join our dynamic delivery team as a FedEx Delivery Driver, where your energy and dedication will drive our success! In this vital role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering packages efficiently and safely to customers' doorsteps. Your enthusiasm for customer service, combined with your driving skills and attention to detail, will ensure each delivery is completed with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or courier vehicle along designated routes to deliver packages promptly and accurately Load and unload shipments when necessary, ensuring proper handling of heavy or fragile items Follow route driving instructions precisely while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by interacting courteously with recipients and addressing any questions or concerns professionally Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for daily operations Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving packages within the facility using vehicles or equipment as needed Experience Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or heavy vehicle routes Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience operating box trucks or similar warehouse equipment is a plus Familiarity with warehouse operations including load & unload procedures and safety standards CDL helpful but not required Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as moving boxes or equipment throughout the shift Proven track record of safe driving and route management in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional service!
