Job Description

Intermountain Wood Flooring is seeking a hard working individual to join our customer service team. Our Core Purpose is " To Enhance the Quality of Life for All We Associate With ". As such, we are focused on a teamwork environment that is fast paced and customer service centered. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a hard work ethic to be a positive asset to our company.
Position Details:
Driving forklift, organizing warehouse, pulling orders for delivery, securely loading and delivering orders, and contacting customers when needed to schedule the delivery. Delivering product by hand unloading of flooring bundles is common. Warehouse responsibilities include forklift driving, warehouse management, loading and unloading trucks. Customer service responsibilities includes interacting with customers with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Delivery responsibilities include carrying up to 50 lbs from the truck into houses. Extensive hand unloading required. This is a physically demanding position. Our trucks are smaller, not requiring a commercial driver's license. This individual would need to be proactive and self motivated to learn all product lines to help increase sales and service to the customers.
Desired Experience:
Heavy duty or commercial driving, forklift, and warehouse experience is not required but desired. Lumber yard, hardwood flooring knowledge, and customer service experience is also plus. Minimum age of 18 to apply. Pre-employment drug screens are required, subject to background check. Full time position, Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
Compensation:
$23-$25 Hourly, depending on experience.
