This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable making local deliveries to job sites and customers. Responsibilities Assist with cabinet production and assembly Load and unload cabinets, materials, and supplies Deliver cabinets and materials to local job sites and customers Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and inventory Operate hand tools and basic shop equipment safely Assist cabinet makers and carpenters with various shop tasks Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive a 26k Truck Must be Drug Free and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening DOT Medical Card Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic construction, woodworking, or cabinet shop experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship What We Offer Full Benefits Full-time, year-round employment Opportunity for advancement and skill development Supportive team environment Locally owned and respected company Schedule Monday through Friday Day Shift Full-Time About Us CSS Cabinets and LJ Pearson Construction are locally owned companies serving residential, commercial, and public projects throughout Oregon.
