- Wilsonville, OR 97070 Apply Overview Level Entry Position Type Full Time Apply Audi Wilsonville - Parts Driver/Service Valet Audi Wilsonville, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to hire a Parts Driver/Service Valet for the Parts and Service Department. We are seeking a candidate who is friendly, enjoys interacting with people, and a self-motivated team player who demonstrates outstanding communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and provides an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities. This position pays $18.00 per hour. Job Summary:
This is a multi-department position working in service and parts. The Parts Delivery Driver position will be directly responsible for delivery of parts orders in a timely and professional manner and work with parts department personnel to better service our customers. Also responsible for multiple other tasks in the parts department such as putting away freight, organizing the department and a variety of other department needs. The Service Valet position will help with washing and cleaning vehicles along with a variety of other department needs. Responsibilities to
Include:
Delivery of all wholesale parts. Assist in putting away all stock orders. Maintain clean driving record with a valid Washington drivers license. Maintain parts van (keep clean, let manager know when service is needed). Departmental clean up daily. Assist in removal of scrap warranty parts. Assist in removal of all damage parts. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Regular attendance is essential. Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company. Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work. Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment.
Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used:
Computer, calculator, phone, adding machine, copy machine, pens/pencils, stapler, scissors, letter opener and fax machine.
Chemicals:
Numerous chemicals are used/handled on a frequent basis. Employee will be trained by their supervisor on the safe handling/use of these substances. Employee will follow all safety directives at all times.
Physical Demands:
Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling and crouching. Frequent twisting and turning of the trunk, reaching, handling or objects, lifting of 100 lbs or less and carrying of 50 lbs or less, occasional pushing, pulling, climbing and balancing.
