This position offers a balance of local driving responsibilities and hands-on production support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety throughout their workday. As part of our team, you'll help ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, production workflows remain efficient, and deliveries are completed safely and on schedule. Your contributions will directly support daily operations and help maintain the high level of service our customers expect.
What You'll Do:
Operate company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries throughout the local area Transport products and materials safely while ensuring items arrive in excellent condition Load and unload deliveries, verify order accuracy, and obtain customer confirmations when needed Communicate delivery updates, scheduling concerns, or route issues to the appropriate team members Assist with production activities and support daily workflow requirements Prepare materials for production and help organize work areas for efficiency Utilize basic tools and equipment as part of the production process (training provided) Maintain clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse areas Support quality control efforts by reviewing completed work for accuracy and completeness Assist with additional shop, warehouse, and operational tasks as business needs require
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, production, manufacturing, or related environments is beneficial but not required
