Inside Customer Sales Representative/ Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

1-800-Radiator & A/C 1-800-Radiator & A/C is seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers over the phone, processing orders, and providing excellent service to automotive repair shops and retail customers. This is an inbound sales position — no cold calling required. We are looking for someone who communicates well, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers find the right automotive parts solutions. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and emails Quote and sell automotive cooling parts through our point-of-sale system Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement Build strong relationships with repair shops and customers Provide professional customer service and resolve issues promptly Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Process orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate deliveries with drivers and prepare UPS shipments Document and update customer records based on interactions Maintain product knowledge, inventory awareness, and knowledge of evolving products and services Support daily office, warehouse, and sales operations Assist with light warehouse duties involving average lifting of 10-20 pounds and up to 40 pounds when needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, automotive parts, or related fields preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, MS Word, Outlook, and web-based functions Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record required Automotive parts knowledge is a plus Training will be provided on company products, warranties, and sales techniques Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Why Join Us?
