Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Route Delivery Driver/Customer Service Technician to deliver products and perform basic maintenance and installation of our beverage dispensing equipment for our valued customers. Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities of the
Route Delivery Driver/Customer Service Technician:
Evaluate daily routes and prepare for deliveries. Pull and scan products, including CO2, for customer deliveries. Print daily load sheet. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to confirm inventory on the truck. Communicate with Customer Service and Regional Manager to clear service calls. Manage deposits and settle accounts. Travel to customer locations to deliver products. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and installation of equipment at customer locations, as needed (Training on equipment will require basic mechanical aptitude & knowledge of hand tools). Remove and replace empty CO2 cylinders at both customer locations and the warehouse. Ensure proper product rotation in the van and at customer sites. Maintain a well-organized parts inventory in the vehicle. Keep the company vehicle clean and organized. Oversee vehicle maintenance. Report customer needs to Customer Service/Warehouse Manager.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (hours may vary) •Occasional Saturday rotation
Hourly Rate :
Starting at $19-20/hr
