We're hiring full-time Delivery Drivers from Columbia and surrounding communities to join our operation based out of the Mount Joy terminal . You'll report to the terminal, get your company delivery van and route for the day, and then spend most of your shift out on the road completing deliveries.

A WORKDAY WITH A CLEAR MISSION

Every shift has a beginning, a route, and a goal. You'll start your day at our Mount Joy terminal, prepare your assigned vehicle, receive your route, and head out to make deliveries throughout the region. Throughout the day you'll: Safely operate a company delivery van Follow an assigned delivery route Deliver packages to homes and businesses Use provided navigation and delivery technology Organize packages and manage your route efficiently Enter and exit the vehicle frequently Provide professional service at delivery locations Communicate with the operations team when necessary Follow established safety and driving procedures It's active work, and the day moves quickly.

LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL CAR AT THE TERMINAL

You are not using your own vehicle to make deliveries. Once you report for your scheduled shift, we provide the delivery vehicle and the equipment needed to complete your route.

That includes:

Company delivery van Navigation technology Delivery equipment Route information Training Operational support Your personal vehicle is only needed for your commute to and from the Mount Joy terminal.

Experience helps, but reliability matters more. We want people who can be trusted to arrive on time, take safety seriously, stay organized, and continue working productively without someone standing over their shoulder all day.

Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years old Hold a valid driver's license Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Demonstrate safe and responsible driving habits Be comfortable working independently Communicate professionally Be comfortable working outdoors throughout the year Be able to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

IMPORTANT FOR COLUMBIA APPLICANTS

This position is being advertised to applicants in Columbia, PA 17512 and surrounding communities , but the job does not begin in Columbia. All employees report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning and end of their scheduled shift. Employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Mount Joy terminal. After reporting for work, the company provides the delivery vehicle used for the day's route. Please consider the commute to Mount Joy before applying.
