Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Delivery Associate to manage the daily receipt, sorting, and distribution of inbound and outbound packages across multiple buildings. This role is essential to ensuring efficient delivery of office supplies and timely handling of client shipments. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and comfortable with a physically active role involving frequent movement between buildings.Key Responsibilities:
Receive all incoming packages from FedEx, UPS and other carriers. Log, sort, and assign incoming deliveries to designated package lockers located across campus/buildings. Transport and distribute packages to appropriate locker locations or recipients in a timely manner. Collect outgoing client packages deliver and placed in designated lockers and return them to the main office for processing and shipment. Monitor and maintain the organization of mailroom and locker areas. Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal staff regarding package status and delivery procedures. Track delivery issues and assist in resolving discrepancies or delays. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols related to package handling. Support general mailroom and administrative operations as needed.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or facilities operations preferred. Ability to lift and transport packages (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) on a regular basis. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for logging packages and communication. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and navigate multiple buildings or workspaces efficiently.
