Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive delivery driver to join our team, pay for this position starts at $12.00 hr plus $0.72 cents a mile to cover gas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making timely deliveries and making contact with clients. Your car must be in good running shape and presentable to ensure quality standards and maintain operational efficiency as we have routes that require long road time. You must maintain up to date registration and insurance. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment. Safe driving skills and communication plays a vital role in optimizing production workflows and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Monitor and operate manufacturing sealing equipment to ensure smooth production flow Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot process issues promptly Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters and adjustments Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements Assist in quality control checks to meet product standards Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising activities Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational status Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Deliver orders in a timley manner maintaining proper speed limit and obeying traffic laws Experience Must have valid drivers license and a clean driving record Previous experience in cannabis industry is preferred, but not required. this position requires knowledge and proficiency in accurately weighing hemp flower in compliance with company standards. strong communication skills Multilingual abilities are beneficial for supporting diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management Excellent communication skills in English are required; additional languages are a plus Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to changing priorities
