What You'll Be Doing Deliver automotive parts to local NAPA stores on a regularly scheduled route, Monday through Friday, 10:15 a.m.-1:45 p.m. Drive a one-ton shuttle van (automatic transmission, FWD) in all weather conditions Operate a tablet-based delivery system Ensure the security of company vehicles, assets, and merchandise Provide timely, friendly, and professional service to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain personal and vehicle appearance What You'll Need Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean, good driving record (required) Ability to lift, carry, and move automotive parts and accessories as needed using moving aids such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, and hydraulic lifts Ability to bend, stoop, and reach shelves up to eight feet high using a stool or ladder when necessary Ability to stand for extended periods Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm under pressure Ability to work assigned hours, including all-weather driving conditions What's in It for You Starting pay of $13.50 per hour 15+ hours per week with a consistent, predictable schedule Competitive health benefits and 401(k) Career growth opportunities Ongoing training and development Support from great leaders and teammates We are an equal opportunity employer.
