Altruix is seeking a Delivery Driver to support pharmacy operations at the Uniontown, PA location by transporting prescription medications to group homes, agencies, and partner facilities within our service area. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery of medications while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. The Delivery Driver will operate a company-provided vehicle and represent Altruix in the field. Compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $15.19 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours will vary based on business needs and delivery schedules. The role may require early mornings, evenings, or weekend coverage as needed. Delivery routes and schedules will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Main Responsibilities Safely operate company-provided vehicles in accordance with all company policies and traffic laws Deliver prescription medications and supplies in a timely and accurate manner Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to meet client expectations Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation Properly handle and transport medications in compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs as required Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and team members Use company-provided communication devices in compliance with company policies Represent Altruix in a professional manner in appearance and conduct Complete required training and adhere to all company procedures Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license Clean driving record for the past 3 years Ability to handle and transport sensitive materials responsibly Strong time management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery, courier, or logistics experience Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or a regulated environment Familiarity with route planning or delivery tracking systems Strong customer service background Key Traits for Success Reliable and dependable with strong follow-through Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance Strong time management and ability to meet delivery deadlines Professional and courteous in all interactions Able to work independently while also supporting team needs Adaptable to changing routes, schedules, and priorities Safety-focused with a commitment to responsible driving practices Schedule Full-Time Workdays and hours will vary based on business needs and delivery schedules May include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Routes and schedules will be communicated in advance whenever possible Benefits Competitive pay ($15.00
