Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate Brentwood Distributing - West Mifflin, PA Join a 4th-Generation, Family-Owned Beverage Distributor Serving Western PA Since 1956 Brentwood Distributing is seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers, Helpers on Trucks & Warehouse Associates . We are a fast-paced, high-volume beverage distributor servicing bars, restaurants, hotels, and retail accounts—and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers. Position Overview This is a hybrid role involving both delivery driving and warehouse operations . Team members play a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and exceptional service to our customers. Full-time and part-time positions available. Experienced drivers strongly preferred. •if you are applyingfor part time please denote that Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or until routes are completed) Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare customer orders Load and unload delivery trucks Assist with deliveries to bars, restaurants, and other accounts Safely operate company delivery vehicles (for driver-qualified candidates) Hand-stack products, including kegs and cases, onto pallets and into accounts Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and staging areas Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations Physical Requirements Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting, and twisting Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to 160 lbs (with assistance when appropriate) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Qualifications Valid driver's license (required for driver roles, not required for truck helpers ) Clean driving record (for driver candidates) Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure Employment Requirements Criminal background check required Pre-employment physical required for drivers Drug screening required for all applicants Why Work With Brentwood Distributing?
