Job Description
Part-Time Pickup & Delivery Driver Schedule:
- 2 days per week
- Approximately 2-3 hours per day
Position Overview:
Morris Laundry is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering customer laundry while providing friendly, reliable service. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and takes pride in representing our company.Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver customer laundry along an assigned route.
- Load and unload laundry bags safely and efficiently.
- Verify customer orders during pickup and delivery.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance policy.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
