Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver packages along designated routes Load and unload parcels using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Conduct thorough route driving to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring package accuracy Handle heavy lifting and moving of packages, maintaining proper lifting techniques to prevent injury Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document delivery status accurately Maintain cleanliness and routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal operation throughout the day Qualifications Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills Customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading procedures is a plus Ability to operate a box truck safely and confidently Experience using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not required Capable of heavy lifting and moving packages efficiently while following safety protocols Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification preferred Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial vehicle operation Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
