Hours:
35-40 hrs/week We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to drive — they want to own the operation. Our Delivery Driver & Operations Lead keeps routes running smoothly from start to finish: correct equipment loaded, correct information on every order, and a team that's set up to succeed each day. It's a hands-on role with responsibility in a dynamic environment. Our best Lead to date started as a part-time high school driver and worked his way up — we believe in building leaders from within. We're currently looking to bring in someone with relevant experience who can step in confidently and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is looking for a permanent position with genuine room to grow within the company.
What You'll Do:
Drive and oversee daily delivery routes for beach equipment, baby gear, and party games across the Charleston area Review orders and routes to ensure accuracy — right gear, right location, right time Verify that all order information is complete and correct for yourself and other drivers before routes begin Ensure end-of-route procedures are completed Learn our full inventory — setup, breakdown, and care procedures for 90+ rental items Train new team members on equipment, protocols, and standards Communicate professionally with vacation rental hosts, guests, management and team Be a steady, reliable presence that the team and ownership can count on Assist with daily operations when needed — gear prep, route prep, etc.

What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Prior experience in delivery, logistics, operations coordination, or team oversight — strongly preferred Comfortable taking ownership of a process and holding yourself (and others) to a standard Physically able to safely lift up to 45 lbs, up and down stairs Weekend availability — peak season Saturdays required Available during business hours: 8 AM•6 PM Punctual, organized, and dependable — this role sets the tone for the whole team Starting pay reflects your experience level.
