Job Description
Best Mattress Delivery Ambassador- Are you reliable, dependable, good with directions and great with people? Then bring in your resume or stop by and fill out one of our employment applications in person. In this position, You will specialize in delivering and installing our locally hand crafted mattresses, removing and disposing of old sets, and serve as our last line of defense for any customer service issues. We will need to rely on you for your people skills and product knowledge to assist our customers with the best service and answers to their questions. As a Best Mattress Home Delivery Ambassador, you will provide the kind of service that makes us #1 in the Midlands! You will need to be responsible to create an experience that builds lasting relationships and ensures Best Mattress a repeat customer. Main Key Responsibilities- +Timely departure to ensure all stops along your route are satisfied within their scheduled window +Deliver New Products and remove old ones from customer's home +Assemble certain products, ensure functionality and educate customers on use +Maintain truck and ensure timely maintenance +Complete job related paperwork, keep logbook of issues, and mark completed tickets in computer +Be a good team player and able to adapt to changes in the day Basic Qualifications
- At Least 20 Years of age
- Must have a Valid South Carolina driver's license and able to pass a basic background check
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects weighing 50-125 lbs (items over 75lbs will have a partner)
- Excellent interpersonal skills!
