Job Description
Incentive Pay:
Daily Stop Count Incentive Pay, $1 per stop after 120 stops has been met. Competitive Monthly Pay Incentive (Full-Time Only)! U.M.S., Inc. is looking for individuals with these qualities to join our team as full-time and part-time delivery drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the West Knoxville terminal, making deliveries to local businesses and residences in suburban areas. Delivery vehicles are provided by the employer. CDL License is NOT required!!! Experience is preferred, but not required. We offer paid training. We are looking for people who have been local drivers, truck drivers, route drivers, couriers, pick up and delivery drivers. If you have driven for UPS, Amazon, and other FedEx companies, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies, that is a plus.Work Hours:
We operate seven (7) days a week. Monday- Sunday.
Essential Duties:
The Delivery Driver/Courier is responsible for safely operating a company-provided delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. This role includes loading, unloading, and securing packages, planning and following efficient delivery routes, and complying with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Drivers are expected to verify package accuracy, complete required delivery documentation, and maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding delivery status, route changes, delays, or other issues that may affect operations. The position also requires providing exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a courteous, professional, and accommodating manner. Drivers must help maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of their delivery vehicle, adhere to all company procedures and safety protocols, and represent Upward Mobility Services, Inc. in a positive and professional manner at all times.Benefits:

Performance-based Incentives and Bonuses Requirements:
- Must be willing to obtain your F Endorsement for your TN driver's license.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a drug test (includes cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)
- Must be willing to submit for a background check
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical physical exam (eligible for reimbursement by employer)
- Physically able to handle packages up to 150 pounds with the use of a dolly
