Unlike traditional food-delivery platforms, GateWay may provide delivery services for restaurants, florists, retailers, specialty businesses, business-to-business clients, and other local partners.

A GateWay driver represents both our company and the businesses that trust us with their customers. What You'll Do Drivers may be responsible for: Picking up and delivering local customer orders Verifying order information before leaving pickup locations Safely transporting food, floral products, retail goods, packages, and other approved items Using insulated bags, carts, or other required delivery equipment Following customer and merchant delivery instructions Communicating promptly about delays or problems Confirming successful delivery Providing professional service to merchants and customers Our basic operating standard is: Accept → Arrive → Verify → Secure → Communicate → Deliver → Confirm What We're Looking For Strong GateWay drivers are: Dependable Punctual Professional Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Good communicators Respectful toward customers and merchants Comfortable using GPS and mobile applications Able to stay calm and make good decisions when problems occur Willing to follow established procedures Previous delivery experience is helpful, but reliability, judgment, communication, and professionalism matter just as much.

Requirements Applicants should have:

Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Current vehicle registration Current automobile insurance meeting applicable requirements Reliable smartphone with data service GPS/navigation capability Ability to safely handle customer orders Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Professional communication skills Required driver and vehicle documentation must be verified before activation.
