Job Description
Join Amazon as an Amazon Flex Seasonal Delivery Driver in the Transportation & Logistics team. Use your own vehicle and smartphone to deliver packages safely and on time to customers. You'll pick up orders from designated locations, follow GPS routes, and manage deliveries through the Amazon Flex app. Seasonal drivers enjoy flexible scheduling, clear routes, and fast-paced, independent work. You'll represent Amazon's customer-obsessed culture with professional, friendly service at every doorstep while following safety, traffic, and package-handling guidelines throughout your shift. Responsibilities Pick up packages from designated Amazon locations or partner sites Deliver packages to customers on time using personal vehicle Use the Amazon Flex app to manage routes, scan packages, and track deliveries Follow GPS navigation and optimize routes for timely, efficient delivery Maintain a safe, courteous, and professional driving style at all times Verify deliveries and follow delivery instructions and special notes Handle packages carefully, including lifting, loading, and unloading Comply with all traffic laws, parking rules, and safety procedures Communicate issues such as delays, missing packages, or route problems via the app Represent Amazon's customer-obsessed culture with friendly, reliable service Required Skills Safe driving GPS navigation Route planning Smartphone/app proficiency Package handling and lifting Time management Basic customer service Problem-solving Situational awareness and safety compliance Basic vehicle maintenance awareness
