The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting floral arrangements and plants to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, problem solving, efficiency, time management, and professionalism while on the road. This position is available as either full-time or part-time, depending on availability and scheduling needs. Duties Safely operate a delivery vehicle Load and unload arrangements/plants and materials, ensuring items are secured for transport. Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle like keeping van clean inside and out, tire pressure up to designated amount, and gas level to be full. Perform heavy lifting and moving of items as needed during deliveries. Deliver orders on time per delivery instructions. Requirements Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but no experience and willing to learn is perfect. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in route driving with knowledge of local roads and navigation systems/ electronics. Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Join us in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safe transportation of our products! Due to company vehicle insurance , applicants must be 21+ to drive the provided vehicle. Please note, some deliveries require you to be here early or to stay later some days. During busier holiday season this job may require you to work more hours.
