About the
Role:
The Entry Media Assistant / Delivery Driver plays a vital role in supporting retail operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and retail locations. This position combines media handling responsibilities with delivery duties, requiring a candidate who is organized, reliable, and customer-focused. The successful candidate will manage the distribution of media materials, maintain delivery schedules, and uphold high standards of customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record appropriate for the vehicle class operated. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly throughout the workday. Basic literacy and numeracy skills to manage delivery documentation and inventory tracking. Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to delivery schedules. Knowledge of social media platforms Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics within the retail industry Customer service experience, particularly in a retail or delivery context. Knowledge of media handling and distribution processes. High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport media products and retail goods to designated locations within scheduled timeframes. Load, unload, and organize media materials and retail products to ensure secure and efficient transportation. Familiar with social media platforms, uploading product content/pictures Assist in the preparation and distribution of media content Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain customer signatures, and report any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with retail and warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize route efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and media materials efficiently each day. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members, ensuring clear and professional exchanges. Time management and route planning skills are used daily to optimize delivery schedules and meet deadlines. Physical stamina and safe handling techniques are necessary to manage loading and unloading tasks without injury. Additionally, familiarity with technology such as GPS devices and delivery tracking software enhances accuracy and efficiency in completing delivery assignments.
