ST Trailer Tires and Commercial Truck Tires.Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting tires to the designated locations in a safe and timely manner.Duties:
- Operate 26ft box truck to transport and deliver commercial tires
- Load and unload tires from the truck at customer location
- Follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Review and verify invoices with the delivery of the tires requested to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous 5 year experience in route driving or delivery perferred
- Physical ability to load and unload tires and life over 50 lbs
- Proven experience in route driving and operating various types of trucks
- Ability to load and unload cargo safely, including experience with forklift operation
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a delivery driver/ Tire Expereince
