On Route Job Overview We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to support a FedEx Ground operation. This role requires consistency, physical stamina, and the ability to adapt to different routes based on daily operational needs. This is not a gig or flexible schedule role. Drivers are expected to report on time, complete full routes, and meet FedEx delivery and service standards regardless of route assignment. Core Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery vehicles on FedEx Ground delivery routes as assigned day-to-day Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting delivery, scan, and service expectations Load, unload, and secure packages of varying sizes throughout the day Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues immediately Follow DOT regulations, terminal procedures, and company safety policies Maintain accurate scanner usage and delivery documentation Represent the company and FedEx professionally at all customer locations Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to adapt to changing routes Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages repeatedly throughout the shift Strong time management and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a performance-measured environment Preferred (not required): Prior FedEx Ground, Amazon DSP, UPS, or commercial delivery experience 1+ year of compensated driving experience This Role Is a
