He or she reviews orders prior to delivery and loads and unloads trucks while providing exceptional customer service to our client base. He or she completes daily warehouse, truck, DOT, and forklift inspections and reports issues immediately. The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for maintaining accurate records and inventory regularly. He or she will support and collaborate with Inside Sales Support / Warehouse with various operational projects, building maintenance, and order entry.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area. 2. Assist with shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks while checking in merchandise. 3. Support an ever-growing company and the challenges that come along with that growth. 4. Conduct inspections of vehicles before departing to deliver goods. 5. Sort and place materials or items on the racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards. 6. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs. 7. Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received / distributed through a computer. 8. Assist in counting of physical inventory. 9. Utilize a forklift for moving inventory. 10. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of warehouse. 11. Request feedback on services provided to resolve client's complaints. 12. Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Dependable and reliable 2. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) 3. Excellent communication, organizational, great time-management, customer service, and mathematical skills 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Inventory & equipment maintenance 6. Data entry computer skills 7. Valid Class B CDL or above 8. Hazmat endorsement required 9. Clean driving record 10. Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Working Conditions and/or

facility operationally functioning business hours Monday through Friday. This may change based on customer demands. 2. Warehouse Delivery Drivers work in a distribution environment. They will be exposed to both an office environment as well as a warehouse setting. 3. Some heavy lifting, bending, and daily forklift use will be required. 4. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. 5. Truck unloading and customer dispatch. Reports to the BES Manager.
