Job Description As a Bike Driver, you will: Interact directly with customers, providing outstanding service to ensure customer retention Use your own bicycle, lock, helmet, lights, and rack to make deliveries within a 1-mile radius Navigate using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area Handle deliveries in various conditions, including adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs Maintain your bicycle and equipment to meet safety standards, including proper lighting and braking systems Adhere to safety regulations, including wearing a Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CSPC") and/or American Society for Testing and Materials ("ASTM") certified helmet Access your tips daily, either in cash or through your paycard
