• $22.91 per hour Candidates must be local and eligible to work in the US without restrictions
• Must have advance Excel including advanced functions, pivot tables and macros)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Must have knowledge of database builds

• Essential Functions:

• + Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

+ Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources. + Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities to increase print sales and improve order billing accuracy. + Create and support workload balancing models for designated delivery and operations workgroups. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely reporting solutions. + Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting outputs. + Automate recurring reports and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. + Provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives. + Document reporting processes, data definitions, and best practices to support standardization and governance. + Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven operational insights.

• Skills:

• + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling; macros/VBA a plus) + Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms + Knowledge of database structures, data extraction, and query concepts + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail + Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance practices + Data storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders + Strong written and visual report development capabilities •

Experience:

• + 2-4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics + Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions and macros) + Power BI, Tableau or similar + Experience supporting operational or delivery/account management environments preferred + Demonstrated ability to automate reporting and improve process efficiency

• Education:

• + Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business, or a related field required + Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
